1. Usage and characteristics

JJ-4 six-link in-phase electric stirrer is improved according to domestic

and foreign similar products. This instrument has six stirring heads and

was driven by pulley. They can work at the same time, which can save

time, and improve the working efficiency. About the electric machinery,

advanced permanent magnetism direct current motor is selected, and

energizing and timing line is matched, so it is of low rotary speed, big

torsion, stable rotary, no noise adjustable speed and continuously used etc.

The muddler is made of stainless steel, resistant to corrosion. The lift type

of worktable can be adjusted, it is very convenient to operate. It also has

characteristics of timing, illumination and digital speed etc. The

3. Using methods

While using the instrument, first keep the stirring vessel flat on the

worktable, the loose the orient but to adjust the height of worktable to suit

place, tight it keep the switch to "ON", Turn the timing knob on, then the

instrument starts running, Rotate the knob for speed control to adjust the

rotary speed of the muddler (the speed will increase while clockwise,

decease while anticlockwise). Rotate the timing knob to relative scale if

needing timing, If not, keep the knob to "ON", Keep the knob of

illustration to "ON" TO TURN ON THE LIGHT.

4. Precautions

Use three-eve outlet and grounded while using to ensure your personal

safety.

The stirring speed should be adjusted form low to high till to required

speed.

Keep the instrument clean. Do not let the solution into the instrument,

which will effect the using life.
